INJECTABLES WITH BOTULINUM TOXIN (BOTOX®)
When we talk about wrinkle treatment with Botox®, it is strictly speaking a treatment with products that contain botulinum toxin A. By using botulinum toxin (Botox®) , we are able to achieve indirect wrinkle therapy for mimic wrinkles (forehead wrinkles, crow's feet, frown lines ). The facial muscles are temporarily inhibited. Unlike wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid, it takes at least three to seven days for Botox® to take effect. The result then lasts for around four to six months, depending on your personal metabolism.
INJECTABLES WITH HYALURONIC ACID
With increasing age, the production of hyaluronic acid decreases. The skin loses volume and elasticity due to moisture. Wrinkles appear, the skin begins to sag and lose its contours. Our outward appearance ages while we feel young. We can counteract this by administering hyaluronic acid (an endogenous substance). We can reduce and correct wrinkles. Add volume to the face on the chin and cheek areas and thus achieve a small lifting effect. We have a variety of preparations available to treat areas specifically. Our premium preparations contain lidocaine and make the treatment almost painless.

1. The following general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between the customer and Realview Digital eCommerce GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Realview Digital) in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Contrary general terms and conditions and purchasing conditions of our customers do not apply and will not be accepted, even if we do not expressly object to them.
3. Verbal agreements do not exist.

1. The offers from Realview Digital are to be understood as an invitation to the customer to submit an offer and are therefore non-binding. If the offers and prices on our website are incorrect, for example due to typographical or calculation errors, we reserve the right to subsequently calculate the correct price. In this case, the customer is granted an immediate right of withdrawal if he does not agree with the new price.
2. The contract is concluded by confirming the order form duly completed by the customer. Realview Digital will confirm by email. The content of our order confirmation is decisive for the scope of the delivery. If items from the order should not be available, the customer will be informed of this by e-mail.
3. Invoices are sent to the customer preferably by e-mail. The customer will be provided with the invoice in a printable form.

1. All returns of goods should be accompanied by an invoice or delivery note as a matter of urgency. Returns without this slip can only be processed with a considerable delay.
2. If the reason for the return is a supplier error, we will either pick up the goods from you or you can send them to us with a parcel service of your choice. Realview Digital bears the costs for this, provided this corresponds to the cheapest option for returning the goods. After the return has been processed, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods without deductions or a replacement delivery.
3. If there is no supplier error, please report your return.
We accept returns of new, unfinished goods and if our delivery was not more than 14 days ago. After the return has been processed, you will receive a credit note for the calculated value of the goods minus 25% handling costs, but at least EUR 5.00. For products where the outer packaging has been damaged, we charge a handling fee of 50%.
4. Return shipping cost will not be credited. If the goods are returned freight collect, we have to charge you 15.00 euros.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is known. As soon as we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove this content immediately.
